I am so excited for the upcoming arrival of Durango Casino & Resort! Owned and operated by Station Casinos, Durango Casino & Resort will be a boutique-style hotel with 200 rooms, an 11 unit food hall, an event lawn, meeting space, four signature restaurants, and a pool. The Durange resort will bring new energy to the neighborhood and we can’t wait for it to open. With all the features and amenities included, we are sure it will be a great addition to the area.
Fountainebleau (2023)
Fountainebleau is an exciting new resort set to open at the end of 2023 on Las Vegas Boulevard, just a block from the convention center. With 90,000 sq ft of theater, a ballroom and 57 breakout rooms, plus 3700 guest rooms and suites, it is the Ultimate Venue for business and leisure travelers alike. Fountainebleau also features 27 food and beverage venues, an 8-acre pool deck, and a 150,000 sq ft casino floor with world-class shopping. Its luxurious, modern design has been described as the “style of the future” and is sure to impress all guests who visit.
Dream Las Vegas (2024)
The new Dream Hotel coming to Las Vegas in 2024 will be an unforgettable experience. A new hotel is coming to the Las Vegas Corridor by Golden Nugget Casino owner, Tilman Fertitta. The billionaire mogul was recently approved for a new casino and resort along the Las Vegas Strip. The resort will feature over 2,400 rooms, a wedding chapel, a number of upscale dining options, an auto showroom, and a 2,500-seat theater. Construction is set to begin soon, bringing many jobs to the area in the short term. Once the resort is up and running, it will create many new opportunities for those interested in hospitality and service. This new resort marks a new, exciting chapter for the Las Vegas Strip, bringing new experiences and further expanding and renovating the iconic landmark.
