Souvenirs are a big part of any trip, especially one as big as Coachella.
Just like any awesome trip or adventure, festivals are a chance to make memories that stick with you.
In the middle of all the fun, the stuff you pick up isn’t just random souvenirs – they’re like little pieces of your trip, capturing the excitement, friendships, and the feeling of the festival.
It’s not just about buying things; it’s about grabbing onto bits of the experiences you want to hold close.
In this blog, we’ll explore the most popular souvenirs from Coachella and how they play a unique role in keeping the vibe going even after the festival.
Coachella Souvenirs
Wristbands
No matter if you’ve got the VIP pass or General Admission, the wristband you’re rocking at Coachella is way more than a ticket.
It’s your first and probably most precious souvenir from the festival.
Festival wristbands feel like a right of passage. They’re proof of a good time. And the best way to remember your trip.
Since these are “free” souvenirs, everyone walks away with one and the entire group can remember the good times together.
Coachella Shirt/Sweatshirt:
Coachella merch sells out fast! You have to be there early to get your hands on these popular collections.
Each year the festival partners with new artists to create these gorgeous festival pieces that match the palm tree vibes perfectly.
I wear my Coachella shirt so much and it’s fun when you’re out and about in the world, months later, and someone says they have the same shirt. It connects you!
Those moments that happen after the festival are the main reason why I love purchasing Coachella merchandise. You know when you spot one that this other person shared that exact experience too and it makes all the more magical.
Gifts from Activities Tent:
My favorite part of Coachella was making crafts in the Activities Tent.
We spent a good hour or so each day in the tent sewing, making little perfumes, making beaded necklaces and playing with clay.
I even wore the shirt I made in the activities tent to Coachella that same day. It was an amazing experience to create with so many people.
We all walked away with matching bracelets and a big smile. I highly recommend visiting the activities tent at Coachella.
Photos – Print Out, Go Polaroid:
In an age dominated by digital media, the act of printing out photos, or capturing moments with a Polaroid camera at Coachella, takes on a nostalgic and meaningful significance.
You don’t waste time by taking a million photos, you take one and you’re done.
The photo means so much more. It’s not overly stylized or posed. It’s real.
Whether displayed on walls or kept in albums, these printed photos become part of preserving the laughter and spontaneity that come with a trip to Coachella.
Invest in real moments and laugh at the fun photos and craziness of ditching your phone camera for big events.
Kandi Trading Bracelets
I love trading bracelets. Whether it’s at Coachella or Disneyland, you will always see me with Kandi bracelets on.
Trading bracelets is a great way to connect with others at festivals and events. Make new friends and walk away with a new bracelet that someone put a lot of love and time into.
Bracelet trading is one of my favorite things and it’s the perfect way to make any festival better.
Grab some friends and lots of beads and spend a night before Coachella creating pieces to share with others. It’s the best.
Love Your Coachella Souvenirs
Collecting festival souvenirs is like diving into a world of nostalgia. It’s not just about owning stuff; it’s a conscious effort to capture the vibe of each festival.
Whether it’s snagging cool artist merch or nabbing exclusive limited-edition items, the real thrill is walking home with something that will always remind you of one of your favorite days.
Among the goodies Coachella enthusiasts hold close, five stand out; wristbands, Coachella swag, activities tent souvenirs, photos and kandi bracelets.
The true magic of Coachella isn’t just in the big acts; its in the immersive activities and shared memories.
So, just because the music fades and work continues back at home, it doesn’t mean you need to let go of the memories or the merch.
Have a great Coachella!
XOXO,
Julia
