May the Force be with you—and Bright Suns from Batuu!
Season of the Force has returned to Disneyland, and it’s bringing more than just galactic vibes. We’re talking brand-new menu items, some returning fan-favorite bites, and a few surprises along the way.
This year, I made it my mission to try a little bit of everything from the Star Wars celebration—because someone has to do it for the good of the galaxy, right?
From savory snacks to sweet treats, here’s everything I tried during Season of the Force at Disneyland… and whether it’s worth jumping to lightspeed for.
Rating Disneyland’s Season of the Force Food & Drinks

Fried Falumpaset Cheese Skewer
Description: Fried Falumpaset Cheese Skewer with crispy potato and mustard-cheese dipping sauce (New)
Review: This was a very fun new addition to the foodie lineup this year. And the lines for this were insane – thank goodness for mobile order.
I can easily see this treat coming back every year or becoming a Galaxy’s Edge staple.
The outside was super crunchy with the bits of fried potato. Loved it! And the cheese was very gooey. Without the mustard dipping sauce its about 6/10 but with the dipping sauce its a solid 8.5/10.
The sauce was like a grainy mustard sauce – very good.
My reasoning for it being so low – even though very tasty, is that I wish it had more. This would be an easy 10/10 with some sort of protein. Hopefully, they can bring it back with a good sausage or even vegan sausage to up the score a bit.
Overall, very tasty, but it needed a little something extra.
@julia.vaness The new cheese skewer from Ronto Roasters for Season of the Force is 10/10 for me! I do think they can add an upgraded version with a protein in the middle. But this was fantastic and would definitely buy it again! #disneyland #disneylandfood #disneyfoodsociety #disneyfood #disneyfoodreview #disneylandfoodreview #seasonoftheforce #seasonoftheforcefood #galaxysedge #galaxysedgefood #starwarsland @Disney Parks @Visit Anaheim ♬ original sound – Julia Vaness
Dewback Chili Noodles
Description: Spiced fettuccine noodles and gingered ground pork with brussels sprout leaves and shredded red cabbage
Review: This was the most disappointing dish from the entire season. I want to cry just thinking about it.
I was so excited they brought this dish back again because I missed it last year. And I LOVE noodle dishes.
On the very first weekend of Season of the Force I raced over to Batuu for this meal. We had already been once in the morning for some other treats but I had to have these noodles!!
When I tell you they were terrible – its an understatement.
The noodles were served cold. Not chilled, like they were cold on purpose. But cold like they had been sitting out all day.
They also had ZERO meat!! People tried to gaslight me in the comments of my video and tell me it was a cold noodle dish and the meat was just very small. So small that I couldn’t see it!?!?
No. Just no.
Also, the noodles had no flavor at all. Zero. And they were so dry. It was just plain noodles with Brussels sprouts.
The entire thing was terrible, and I ended up tossing them out. 0/10
@julia.vaness A 0/10 is probably the better score but I’ll go with 2/10. I love all food, even the random stuff but this could not be saved. It was cold, had zero pork and had zero flavor. It just tasted like plain noodles with chilis on top. These were my number one item to try and I will not be recommending them to anyone. As you can tell, it’s very difficult for me to hide my dislike for these 😆 I could never play poker hahaha @Disney Parks #disneyfood #disneyland #baddisneyfood #seasonoftheforce ##seasonoftheforcefood #disneyparks #disneyfoodreview #disneyfoodsociety #disneylandfood #starwarsfood #starwarslandfood #foodingalaxysedge ♬ original sound – Julia Vaness
Keshian Spiced Milk Tea
Description: Milk tea, horchata jelly, and caramel sugar crisp (Non-alcoholic) (New)
Review: At first sip, this was amazing. It was creamy and full of flavor. It had some good spice – like a masala tea but not that exact flavor. It had a good cardamom taste and the horchata jelly actually tasted like horchata.
But as I continued to sip, this was just way too sweet for me. I only drank half of the tea and that was me trying to drink it. This would have been better if it wasn’t as sweet. I also didn’t enjoy the freeze-dried caramel – the texture was not good. To give this a rating, 7/10.
@julia.vaness The spiced milk tea was great but a bit too sweet for me. If this was with cold brew it would have been better. I also could see this as a Fall drink every year. #seasoniftheforce #foodiereviewseasoniftheforce #disneyland #disneyfood #disneydrinks #disneyseasonoftheforce #keshianspicedmilktea #galaxysedge #starwarsland @Disney Parks @Visit Anaheim ♬ original sound – Julia Vaness
Fried Chicken Bao
Description: Two crispy chicken baos, sweet chili sauce, scallion salad, and cucumber coins
Review: We’re giving this a 10/10 right out of the gate. The chicken was so good and crispy and it was actually seasoned!! The bun was soft and perfectly steamed. The fresh toppings gave it the best crunch and was the perfect way to marry the chicken and the bao bun. I need to have this dish again and again.

Loaded Outpost Fries
Description: Crinkle-cut fries and onion rings topped with BBQ pulled pork, cheddar and Monterey jack blend, pickled red onions, roasted corn, sour cream drizzle, and green onions (New)
Review: I devoured these fries. It takes a lot for me to not love a loaded fry. I will say that I’m not hte biggest fan of supe sweet bbq sauce – which I feel like this had but it was still good. The pulled pork was great and the portion size was wonderful.
I definitely love to eat a lot, and I was not disappointed with how much food came with this order. The onion rings were crispy and went well with the sour cream drizzle. The green onions were actually perfect for this and added some good flavor and freshness to it. Overall, I would give this a 10/10!
@julia.vaness Please excuse my lack of energy and smiles in this video hahaha We were so tired and drained. It was 97 degrees this day. The sun was not fun. I loved these fries. I’m not the biggest fan of bbq sauce but still enjoyed every last bit of this meal. Loaded fries will always be my favorite. #disneyfood #disneylandfood #seasonoftheforce #seasonoftheforcefood #disneyland #disneyfoodsociety #disneylandeata #galacticgrilldisneyland #disneyeats #disneyparks #loadedfries @Disney Parks @Visit Anaheim ♬ original sound – Julia Vaness
