Halloween Time is almost here at LEGOLAND® California Resort, and I couldn’t be more excited.
From September 21 through October 31, the park in Carlsbad will be decked out for the season with festive décor, trick-or-treating, spooky characters, and all the themed snacks you could want.
There’s a lot happening this year – from live shows and daily entertainment to special Halloween food offerings and separately ticketed events.
If you’re local, you know LEGOLAND goes all in for the season, making it a fun spot for families and kids of all ages.
I love visiting this time of year because there’s something new around every corner, and the park really captures that playful, not-too-scary Halloween vibe. It’s also a great excuse to spend the day in Carlsbad, one of my favorite parts of San Diego.

Celebrating Halloween in San Diego
As a San Diego local, Halloween at LEGOLAND is one of the top seasonal traditions.
Inside the park, it’s festive without being too scary, which makes it a great option for families.
Between the daytime events and the separately ticketed Brick-or-Treat party, there’s plenty to do whether you’re going for a few hours or planning a full fall day at the park.
Will you be stopping by to join in on the fun this spooky season?
