Located just west of Grand Lake on the iconic Route 66, this $2 billion development is poised to become a premier destination for families seeking unforgettable experiences.
Spanning 1,000 acres, American Heartland is expected to draw over 4.9 million visitors annually, promising to create lifetime memories for generations to share. The ambitious project will be developed in phases, beginning with a large-scale RV park.

American Heartland Theme Park will feature a variety of immersive themed lands, each crafted with cutting-edge technology and innovative storytelling. Guests can look forward to exploring Liberty Village, Great Plains, Bayou Bay, Big Timber Falls, Stony Point Harbor, and Electropolis.
