Disneyland Resort is introducing the Lightning Lane Premier Pass, a new way for guests to experience their favorite attractions with more convenience and flexibility. Here’s everything you need to know about this exciting new offering:
What is the Lightning Lane Premier Pass?
- A one-time entry to each available Lightning Lane attraction at both Disneyland Park and Disney California Adventure in one day (valid park admission required).
- No need to select specific arrival times for attractions—you can enjoy rides at your own pace throughout the day.
- Includes unlimited Disney PhotoPass downloads and access to exclusive PhotoPass Lenses.
How to Purchase and Use Lightning Lane Premier Pass
- Limited availability starting October 23, 2024.
- Purchase through the Disneyland app, available up to 2 days in advance of your park visit, starting at 7:00 AM Pacific Time.
- Price: $400 per person, per day through December 31, 2024. Pricing will vary between $300 to $400 starting in 2025 based on date and demand.
- Ensure all members of your party have valid park admission and reservations linked to your MyDisney account before purchase.
Top Tips for Using the Lightning Lane Premier Pass
- Arrive early to maximize your day. Check park hours before you go.
- Valid for one-time entry to each available Lightning Lane attraction across both parks (Park Hopper admission required for multi-park access).
- Limited quantities available, so plan ahead!

Disneyland Lightning Lane Premier Pass
How are you feeling about the change to Lightning Lane again? It’s coming so soon after the change from Lightning Lane and Genie Plus to Lightning Lane Multi Pass and Lightning Lane Single Pass.
I feel like Disney is still working out a better system for a paid shorter line but I’m not sure if this is it. We will see how it plays out in the coming days.
