Universal’s Epic Universe Opens May 22, 2025! Here’s Your Ultimate Sneak Peek into the Newest Theme Park and Hotels!
Big news, theme park lovers! Universal’s Epic Universe is ready to open its gates on May 22, 2025, and I’m here to give you all the juicy details.
Trust me, you’re going to want to be first in line to experience the five all-new lands, mind-blowing attractions, and three stunning hotels that will take your Orlando vacation to the next level.
This blog post is all about the opening date and ticket sales for Universal’s Epic Universe.
Universal has given us so many details, yet I’m still pining for more! But here’s EVERYTHING we know so far.
Epic Universe Tickets Go on Sale October 22, 2024
Ready to make your plans? So am I! Universal is offering ticket packages starting October 22, 2024!
Beginning October 22, 2024, guests will only be allowed to purchase multi-day tickets (3 or 4-day packages) with only ONE of those days dedicated to Epic Universe.
This means if you buy a 3-day multi-park package, you will spend two days at one of the other Universal Orlando theme parks and only ONE day at EPIC Universe.
Universal will announce the date you can purchase 1 or 2-day tickets for Epic Universe as the opening date draws near.
Current Universal Studios Orlando passholders may begin to purchase 1-day tickets for Epic Universe on October 24, 2024.
Don’t forget, when you stay at a Universal hotel, you’ll also get Early Park Admission, free shuttles, and exclusive perks to make your vacation even better.
Epic Universe: Five New Worlds Await
Universal is going all out with this one—Epic Universe is bringing five immersive lands where you can step inside your favorite movies, games, and mythical worlds. Let’s dive into what’s waiting for you:
1. The Wizarding World of Harry Potter™ – Ministry of Magic™
You’ve heard of Diagon Alley and Hogsmeade, but now, you’re off to 1920s Paris and the British Ministry of Magic™! Help Harry, Ron, and Hermione on the all-new ride, Harry Potter and the Battle at the Ministry™, as you soar through magical lifts and stop the infamous Dolores Umbridge. Explore the stunning wizarding streets of Paris and meet some fantastic beasts before catching the Métro-Floo to London—this is the next evolution of The Wizarding World of Harry Potter™!
2. SUPER NINTENDO WORLD™
Gamers, it’s time to suit up! Get ready to live your best Mario Kart™ dreams and race through Mario Kart™: Bowser’s Challenge, or swing through the jungle with Donkey Kong on Mine-Cart Madness™. For those looking for a gentler ride, join Yoshi on a whimsical adventure to search for glowing eggs in the Mushroom Kingdom. 3. How to Train Your Dragon – Isle of Berk

Hop on Hiccup’s Wing Gliders, a thrilling coaster that soars through the skies above Berk. 4. Dark Universe
