We spent three days in Vegas and all weekend I was craving a damn good vanilla latte – and I got it.
On our last full day in Vegas we wanted to venture out to the Hoover Dam. On our way, we decided coffee was non-negotiable and stopped off at Mothership Coffee in Henderson.
It was about 10:30 AM and the crowds weren’t too crazy. We waited a few minutes and happily ordered our drinks and breakfast.

I loved the coffee and food options they had here. I wasn’t expecting all of the extras like the breakfast quinoa bowl and planetary pesto pasta.
It was a nice little change to have some other options in addition to the usual breakfast croissants and burritos.

Review:
I ordered an iced bourbon vanilla latte and shared a breakfast croissant with my husband. My husband also filled up his travel mug with regular drip coffee.
My bourbon vanilla latte was amazing, super creamy with oat milk and not overly sweet. We also really enjoyed the breakfast croissant and it was pretty big for a breakfast sandwich.
I forgot to get a photo of the sandwich by my vanilla latte photographs well. 😄
The besties that joined us also enjoyed breakfast and coffee. Everyone loved all the food but one of my friends said the cold brew was a bit acidic.
Overall, it was a great morning coffee spot for our Hoover Dam adventure day. I would definitely go back again.
