We ended our Disneyland weekend the best way possible – with brunch at Paseo in Downtown Disney.
Honestly, nothing beats a slow, delicious brunch after insanely long park days, so of course my bestie and I had to check it out.
If you’re wondering whether Paseo is worth a stop on your next Disney trip… here’s the full rundown.
Brunch at Paseo Downtown Disney Review

Ambiance
Paseo is pretty. Like… beachy, coastal, relaxed-but-upscale pretty. It definitely felt like a vacation inside.
The whole space feels bright, fresh, and just really nice to sit in – the kind of restaurant where you immediately go, “Oh yes, this is perfect for brunch.”
Service
The service was great. Our server was amazing during brunch, and I’ve been here for dinner before, and our server was great then too!
The whole staff is consistently kind and attentive. It makes the whole experience feel that much better.
Price
Dinner here leans pricier (still worth it), but brunch? Very reasonable pricing.
For Downtown Disney, the portions + quality + cocktails make sense, and I felt like we got a good value out of the whole experience.
Paseo Brunch Menu
Paseo serves coastal Mexican food, which I love. The brunch menu includes:
- Aguachile
- Chilaquiles
- Breakfast burritos
- Tacos
- Mole dishes
- And a handful of classic brunch staples
It’s that perfect mix of brunch comfort + Mexican flavors.
Food & Drink Review
I ordered the chilaquiles with a side of breakfast potatoes – and the potatoes were incredible. I’m a sucker for good breakfast potatoes, and these were a 10/10 for me. Crispy, seasoned, perfect.
The chilaquiles were great too. Not the best I’ve ever had in my life, but still really good and flavorful.

My bestie ordered the aguachile and loved it. She also ordered a margarita and said it was fantastic. I went with the jamaica agua fresca – a little too sweet for me, so I watered it down a bit, but still a refreshing drink for brunch.

Overall Rating: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️☆ (4/5)
Would I come back? Absolutely.
Paseo is such a good spot for brunch in Downtown Disney – great food and great service.
Next time, I’m definitely trying one of their cocktails with brunch because they all sounded amazing.
If you’re spending a Disney weekend and want something delicious and relaxing before heading home, Paseo is a solid choice.
