1. Gardens by the Bay & Flower Dome
Gardens by the Bay is a must-visit. The Supertree Grove is awe-inspiring, and the Flower Dome offers a burst of color and fragrance. Kids will love the Cloud Forest with its towering waterfall and lush vegetation. It’s a magical place that feels like stepping into a fantasy world. And did I mention there’s air-conditioning inside the Flower Dome? That’s a must!
2. ArtScience Museum
This museum is where art, science, and technology come together. The interactive exhibits are perfect for kids, sparking their curiosity and creativity. The Future World exhibit, with its digital art installations, is particularly captivating.
I fell in love with the exhibits here. It’s located at Marina Bay Sands, so it’s a great addition to your day if you’re visiting the Super Trees or the Mall.
3. S.E.A. Aquarium
Dive into the underwater world at the S.E.A. Aquarium. It’s home to over 100,000 marine animals, providing an educational and mesmerizing experience for the whole family. Kids will be fascinated by the massive tanks and the variety of sea creatures – I know I was.
Seeing the large manta rays reminded me of Moana. It was so magical, I wanted to cry. The Aquarium is located on Sentosa Island near Universal Studios. It’s a great location near so many fun activities.
4. Universal Studios Singapore
For a day full of thrills, head to Universal Studios on Sentosa Island. With themed zones, exciting rides, and entertaining shows, it’s a place where movie magic comes to life. From Madagascar to Jurassic Park, there’s something for every age group.
The new Minion Land is opening this year in 2025!! You’re not going to want to miss it! Plus, there’s a Far Far Away Land from Shrek!! You can actually eat Shrek Waffles and go on a Puss N’ Boots Ride! I absolutely loved spending the day here and bought way too many souvenirs.
5. Hawker Centers
Eating at a hawker center is a quintessential Singapore experience. These bustling food markets offer a wide variety of delicious and affordable dishes. It’s a great way to introduce kids to new flavors and cuisines. Some of my favorites are Tiong Bahru Food Centre and Lau Pa Sat.

6. Singapore Zoo
Renowned for its open-concept enclosures, the Singapore Zoo offers a more immersive experience. The Rainforest Kidzworld is a hit with younger children, featuring a water play area and petting zoo. Don’t miss the chance to have breakfast with the orangutans!

Get a bird’s-eye view of the city from the Singapore Flyer, one of the world’s largest observation wheels. The 30-minute ride provides stunning panoramic views of the skyline, Marina Bay, and even neighboring countries on clear days.
This was a fantastic experience. I went early in the day and secured my own observation pod. It was incredible!!
