I feel like we’re constantly being told what to buy. What’s “worth it.” What’s a waste of money. What you need and what you’ll regret in six months.
And honestly? I’ve had my fair share of impulse buys that looked cute for a week and then quietly moved to the back of a drawer.
But every once in a while, you buy something and it just… sticks. You use it all the time. It makes your life easier, calmer, more fun, or just better in a small but noticeable way.
These are those things.
Some of them are a little expensive. Some are surprisingly simple. All of them? Zero regrets.

Top Purchases of 2025
Juicer
Juicing is amazing. I know people talk it up and it can sound a little woo-woo (and expensive), but it’s actually one of the easiest habits I’ve stuck with. Once you find a juice combo you love, having a glass every day becomes second nature.
I’m not a doctor and I’m not here to promise miracles. I’ll just say this: it made a noticeable difference for me. My skin, my hair, my energy. Enough of a difference that I kept doing it without forcing myself. That’s how I know it was worth it.
Kindle + Signing Up for Libby
You cannot take my Kindle from me. I love it.
But the real magic is pairing it with a library card and Libby. I’ve read so many books for free. Like… a shocking amount. It honestly feels illegal.
You don’t even need a Kindle – you can read through the Kindle app on your phone – but something about the actual device just hits. It’s easy on the eyes, especially at night, and I love reading in the dark when I’m definitely supposed to be sleeping. It sparks joy. Very bookish. Zero regrets.
JLab Headphones
I bought both the over-ear headphones and the earbuds, and I use both constantly.
The big ones are great when I’m sitting at home or working. The earbuds live in my purse at all times for audiobooks. Because you never know when you’ll have ten spare minutes and suddenly be deep in a chapter.
They hold a charge forever, they’re comfortable, and they’ve been surprisingly reliable. Worth it.
Dough Fidget Squishy
I’m a fidgeter. Always have been.
Spinners and clickers aren’t my thing. But squishing? Absolutely yes. This dough squishy has become one of those things I don’t even think about anymore – it’s just there, helping me focus and calm down.
Sometimes you don’t realize how much you fidget until you have something that actually works for you. People might think it’s weird. I do not care. It helps, and that’s enough.
Earplugs for Noise Sensitivity
Earplugs are elite. Truly.
I have a few pairs – basic Amazon ones and Loop earplugs – and honestly? They both work great. I’m easily influenced by good marketing, so yes, I bought the Loop ones. But the Amazon ones do the job just as well.
They’ve made crowded spaces, travel, and loud environments so much easier to handle. One of those purchases you don’t realize how much you needed until you have them.
Holiday Cards
This was our second year going all out on holiday cards, and I regret nothing.
Okay – maybe I regret not finding a cuter outfit. But the actual cards? Totally worth it.
We take photos with our pup, send them to friends and family, and end up with physical memories of another year of our lives. It is expensive – especially when you’re sending 80 – 100 cards – but it’s one of those things that feels meaningful in a way a lot of purchases don’t.
A Quality Insulated Tumbler
I buy tumblers all the time. Too many, honestly.
But one good tumbler? Life-changing.
It doesn’t have to be expensive. My favorite one is from Disneyland and was around $25. The key is finding one you actually love and will reach for every day instead of letting it collect dust in a cabinet.
Cold stays cold. Hot stays hot. Worth it.
Hypochlorous Acid Spray
I’m on my third bottle of hypochlorous acid spray, which tells you everything.
I originally bought it for travel to help prevent breakouts, but now I use it every day. I tend to break out on my chest and shoulders, and spraying this morning and night has made a noticeable difference.
It didn’t magically erase everything – but my skin is calmer and clearer. I’m a believer.
I buy the generic brand on Amazon and you get a ton for a great price. No fancy brands needed. Just get what works.
Electric Toothbrush
All I’m going to say is this: my dentist asked if I’d started using an electric toothbrush.
I hadn’t told them. They noticed on their own.
That was enough for me. If the hygienist and dentist are impressed, it’s worth the investment.
Lifetime Subscription to Lose It
I paid $75 for a lifetime subscription, and that still feels like a steal.
I tracked consistently for over a year and now use it on and off when I need a reset. Tracking used to be really triggering for me, but over time I learned to see it as a tool – not a judgment.
It helped a lot during my health and fitness journey, especially when I was training for half marathons. Protein, carbs, the basics – it’s all there when I need it.
Regal Movie Pass
This one might apply to any theater pass, but our Regal pass has been a favorite.
We see movies weekly, and in the summer it turns into two or three movies a week because… why not? My sister moved nearby, she loves scary movies, and we’ve made it our thing to see every new horror release together.
It saves money and makes plans easy. No regrets at all.
My Favorite Purchases of 2025
Not every purchase has to change your life. Sometimes it just makes your day a little easier. Or quieter. Or more fun.
These are the things that stuck with me in 2025 – the ones I’d buy again without hesitation. If you’re ever on the fence about spending money on something, I think that’s the real test.
Would I do it again?
For these? Absolutely.
