Choosing the right bag for your Disney trip is a crucial decision that can significantly impact your overall experience.
Disneyland is known for its magical attractions and enchanting experiences, but it’s also a place that involves a lot of walking and standing in line. This means you’ll likely be carrying your bag throughout the day, and it should be comfortable enough to withstand long hours of use.
And with all of the snacks and souvenirs you’ll be lugging around – your bag can get heavy very quickly.
This post is all about the BEST bags for Disneyland.
One of my top considerations when selecting the perfect bag is finding the right balance between size and weight.
You want a bag that’s spacious enough to hold all your essentials, including a water bottle to stay hydrated, snacks to keep your energy up, and a place to stash your souvenirs.
However, it’s equally important that your bag isn’t too large or heavy, because this can really impact your energy levels and attitude throughout the day.
Finding the right bag allows you to be organized and avoid the inconvenience of carrying multiple bags or struggling with an uncomfortable or impractical choice.
In the end, selecting the right bag is about being practical and cute….you always have to be cute. 😀

The Best Bags to Take to Disneyland
1. Eron Roche All-Day Hydration Backpack
I’ve been using my Eron Roche All-Day backpack for a few months now and it’s been wonderful. I’ve used it at the parks for my long 13.1 mile walk days and I’ve also used it for regular Disney days.
The All Day bag is perfect because it stores your water, so you can stay hydrated hands-free without needing to hold a large water bottle and it keeps your items organized.
I’ve included some photos and TikToks below from my trips to the Parks for you to check out the bag.
@julia.vaness Very comfortable outfit for Disneyland! I wore my @Brooks Running shoes because they’re my favorite and keep my feet happy all day. I also ised my @Eron Roche All-day backpack for my water and snacks. It was perfect! 2. Lululemon Belt Bags
I’ve used the Belt bags more than any other bag for Disneyland. I use the belt bags even when I pack my Eron Roche backpack or my Loungefly backpack.
While backpacks hold a lot of items, they can be annoying to use to grab your phone and wallet. So I like to keep my phone, charger, wallet and hand wipes in my belt bag and then the rest of my items in my backpack. It works perfectly!
On shorter Park days where I know I won’t be carrying a lot, I will just use my belt bag. They can surprisingly fit a good amount of items.

3. Corkcicle Waterbottle Sling
The beautiful Corcklicle sling bag. This bag has been top of mind for a year now and it’s always sold out!
This is a great option if you already have a water bottle similar in size to the Corkcicle one. The bag fits the essentials like your phone, wallet, keys and charger. It’s a perfect bag for warmer days because you have easy access to water and it’s not too heavy or intrusive.
4. Loungefly Disney Bags
It wouldn’t be a Disney blog post without mentioning Loungefly.
Loungefly has hundreds and hundreds of Disney backpacks and purses for you to take to the parks. I personally love using them the most during the holidays because they add so much color and character to your outfits.
I’ve also become a pro at packing a lot into these bags, so trust me, they will definitely hold your souvenirs and essentials.

5. Diaper Bag
I love diaper bags because I’m a major overpacker and diaper bags have the most pockets and storage I’ve ever seen!
And no I don’t have kids, I just like to overpack. Lol
I typically use my diaper bag for flying and extra-long Disney days. I especially like using it while at Disney World because the hotels are so far from the Parks, it makes it easier to carry your items with you.
We can pack snacks, water bottles, souvenirs and jackets in the diaper bag and still have space for more.
If you’re visiting with a large family, I suggest packing this bag and switching off holding it between you and another guest in your party.
Final Thoughts
Finding the perfect bag for your Disney trip is a fun decision but also a big one that can potentially impact your day at the park.
Each of the top five bags discussed in this guide offers unique features and benefits to cater to different needs and preferences.
Whether you opt for the Eron Roche All Day Hydration Backpack for staying well-hydrated, a stylish and compact Lululemon Belt Bag for easy access to essentials, the Corkcicle Waterbottle Sling to keep your drinks cool, a Disney-themed Loungefly Bag to express your Disney love, or a practical Diaper Bag, the right bag can enhance your Disneyland experience.
Remember to consider the specific demands of your trip, from the amount you’ll be carrying to the need for comfort during long walks and wait times. And of course, if you’re trying to match it to your outfit.
Striking a balance between size and weight is key to ensuring that your bag serves as a helpful companion throughout your magical day at Disneyland.
So, pick your perfect bag and get ready to embark on a memorable Disney adventure!
