Over the years Disneyland has significantly improved its food options throughout the parks. They now offer a variety of meals and snacks for guests, including vegetarian and vegan!
Be aware that Disneyland menus are constantly changing and new seasonal items are always being added. However, Disneyland does offer a number of vegetarian options you can enjoy throughout the year.
We’ve included some of the top vegetarian meals and snacks you can find throughout Disneyland and California Adventure.
This post is all about vegetarian meal and snack options at Disneyland California.
A few dining tips if you have any dietary restrictions:
- Research: The Disneyland Mobile App has every restaurant and cart listed. There you can find all of the meals, snacks, and seasonal options for you to choose from. Plant-based items are marked with a green leaf. If you are having trouble navigating through all of the options, you can sort by plant-based offerings.
- Make Adjustments: Disneyland is pretty accommodating when it comes to dietary restrictions. If you don’t like any of the meals offered at the quick service locations or snack stands, try enjoying a meal at a full-service restaurant. You can make any adjustments to your meals for vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, etc. at the full-service locations.
- Be Prepared: Disneyland allows guests to bring in their own meals, snacks and drinks. Be sure you don’t back any glass bottles or containers and no alcoholic beverages. Packing your own snacks and small meals for Disneyland can be a great way to make sure you are eating properly prepared food and also save a few dollars.
We’ve put together a list of the most popular vegetarian food items offered at Disneyland to help you prepare for your next trip. Please check the Disneyland app and menu items for all of their options. We couldn’t fit everything in this post but it’s a great start to the vegetarian and a few vegan options offered at the parks.
