The new Durango Resort & Casino by Station Casinos is opening in Fall 2023 and they just dropped their entire list of food and drink stations.
Durango is the newest hotel in Vegas to open a Food Hall, but not the first. Food Halls have become somewhat of a trend in Vegas over the last few years and I’m personally a fan.
The new food hall at Durango Casino and Resort is called Eat Your Heart Out and the campaign for this has been a hit! The colors and energy from this already had me excited to see what eateries would be joining the Station Casinos family.
This post is all about the new restaurants coming to Durango Casino & Resort in Las Vegas.
Durango recently announced their key leadership, including Executive Chef Daniel Ye. Chef Ye previously worked with CATCH, expanding their locations into Las Vegas and NYC and has also worked with NOBU. Chef Daniel Ye will be overseeing all of the culinary operations at the resort, as well as food and beverage services.
