We spent Halloween weekend in Las Vegas for a girls’ trip and decided to stay at Resorts World – our first time there, and we absolutely loved it. The hotel is gorgeous, modern, and full of great food options. We’d definitely stay there again.
By Saturday morning, we woke up starving and in serious need of a big, classic breakfast.
We originally tried to order room service, but it turned out to be a little confusing since it’s handled through Grubhub. So we checked what breakfast restaurants were open inside the resort, and that’s when we found Junior’s.
If you’re not familiar, Junior’s is a New York–style café and diner that’s famous for its cheesecake and comfort food. As soon as we saw “diner breakfast,” it was an immediate yes.
Atmosphere & First Impressions
We were seated right away, which was a nice surprise for a Saturday morning in Vegas. The restaurant has that cozy diner vibe – bright, casual, and full of energy.

It was definitely classic diner style; big coffee cups, big menus, and friendly chatter.
The staff was lovely. Everyone we interacted with was kind, attentive, and upbeat. You could tell they genuinely cared about making guests feel welcome.
What We Ordered
I went for the avocado toast with a side of bacon and home fries. My bestie ordered the salmon benedict, also with home fries and a yogurt parfait.

Everything came out quickly and looked amazing.
My avocado toast was perfectly seasoned, and I ended up adding the bacon on top – which made it even better. It was exactly what I needed after a night out in Vegas.

My friend loved her parfait – she couldn’t stop talking about it. The salmon benedict was rich and flavorful, and the home fries were crispy and golden, just how diner potatoes should be.

Our Thoughts
We’d seen a few mixed reviews for Junior’s before visiting, but honestly, we don’t get it. It’s diner food – and it’s exactly what you’d expect (in the best way possible). Big portions, comforting dishes, and friendly service.
Maybe dinner is hit or miss, but for breakfast at Resorts World Las Vegas, Junior’s delivers.
It’s the perfect spot when you want a relaxed, satisfying meal without the Vegas pretense or price tag.
Breakfast at Resorts World
If you’re staying at Resorts World and craving a hearty breakfast, stop by Junior’s Café. It’s casual, quick, and checks every box for a good diner meal – strong coffee, generous portions, and service with a smile.
Have you tried Junior’s? Is there anywhere else at Resorts World that we need to try or another great breakfast spot in Vegas that you recommend? Let me know in the comments.
XOXO,
Julia
